That's  Awesome!

I can't wait to get rid of my cpap...my dog is afraid of it, and it's not the most comfortable thing to sleep with

I like the Bariatric Advantage shakes (bariatricadvantage.com) and the myoplex lite shakes (I get them at Giant).

Hi Brian!

It's great to see you!!  You are doing an AMAZING job!!!!  Getting rid of your cpap is a huge deal!!!

As far as shakes, I use the ready to drink Pure Protein shakes in Cookies and Cream (Target and GNC), or the rtd EAS Advant Edge in Dark Chocolate or French Vanilla (Walmart and Target).  Of the two, I prefer the Pure Protein shakes, but they're a little pricier.  I use both varieties in my coffee as creamer.

HTH!

Hugs,

Tia

YAY I'm so happy  for you!! Keep up the good work. :)

The only protein I drink is EAS Myoplex Carb Control (ready to drink) and for powder mix, I use Unjury.  With any kind of the powders you really have to shake shake shake.  Get a blender ball bottle if you don't have one already. They work well with breaking up the protein.

Brian what AWESOME news!

I use Syntrax nectar for my fruity protein (fuzzy navel flavor) not gritty at all

for vanilla and chocolate i use  Body fortress (available at walmart) and I use an immersion blender (about 15 dollars at any store including Rite Aid) and that makes it smooth and easy to mix even with HOT beverages
